Monthly members: 2 discounted extra lessons per membership month. Annual members must complete all included sessions before buying extras; 6 discounted extras per membership year. Additional purchases cost USD $16.90 each.
可一次报名多节，逐节选择时间。优惠按课次而非订单计算，跨导师共用；提交时显示会员价与原价的合计。待确认报名会预留优惠次数；撤回或拒绝未付款报名可释放，已付款课程改期不重置优惠次数。
Choose a time for each lesson. Discounts count per lesson, across tutors. Pending quotes reserve discounts; closing an unpaid enrollment releases them. Rescheduling paid lessons does not restore discounts.

额度与预约规则 / Allowances & bookings
会员期限从激活时起计算。文字额度每个会员月重置；年会员也是每月 500 次，并非一次发放全年额度。按开通日逐月计算，月底开通遇短月取该月最后一天，之后仍按原开通日；额度不结转。补发 ID 或密码、切换导师或设备均不重置额度。
Allowances follow the activation anniversary, not calendar months. Short months use their last day without moving the original anniversary. Annual text allowance is 500 per month, not a yearly lump sum. Unused allowances do not roll over; replacement credentials and changing tutors or devices do not reset them.
每次成功生成的 AI 文字回答计 1 次，追问另计；失败、预约表格和管理员沟通不计。达到上限后暂停文字答疑，等待下一会员月，不自动收费。视频课堂内的交流包含在该节课内，不重复扣文字次数。
Each successful AI text reply counts once; follow-ups count separately. Failures, booking forms and administrator messages do not count. Text tutoring pauses at the limit until the next membership month, with no automatic charge. In-session video chat is included in the lesson.
非会员邮箱注册后有 2 次成功文字回答体验，并可任选一位 AI 导师预约一次 2 分钟免费视频体验，每个账号共一次。新方案及非会员正式视频课均为 15 分钟。年会员的 8 节是全年总额。已有付费会员、旧课程与原报价保留原有权益，原会员有效期内的加购约定也不变。
Nonmembers receive 2 free text replies and may choose one AI tutor for one free 2-minute trial per account. New-plan and nonmember full lessons last 15 minutes. The annual plan includes 8 sessions for the whole year. Existing paid rights, including legacy members’ extra-lesson terms until expiry, and historical quotes are retained.
预约预留课次；上课前取消、被拒绝或未接通而过期会释放未用课次。接通后提前离开不自动返还，连接故障可申请人工核查。年会员须完成所含课程，不能仅靠预约把余额预留完来解锁加购。
Bookings reserve credits. Unused credits are released on pre-class cancellation, rejection or unconnected expiry. Leaving a connected session early does not automatically restore it; connection issues can be reviewed. Annual add-ons unlock after included lessons are completed, not merely reserved.
预约回复时间：周一至周五 07:00–23:00；周六、周日 09:30–23:00（美国太平洋时间，自动适配夏令时）。这是回复时段，不代表已确认的上课时间。
全部视频须提前预约并获确认，填写学习内容和目标，上传课前资料。确认后，姓名、内容、目标及资料会提供给本次 AI 导师。禁止自动化刷接口、共享或转售账户；这里的导师为 AI，非真人。
